Crafted Concepts is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.

Custom & Personalized Products

Because many Crafted Concepts products are customized, customers should carefully review all details before submitting an order.

Once designing, printing, purchasing materials, or production has started, changes may not be available.

Payments

Full payment is required before an order is processed unless otherwise stated.

Additional charges may apply for extra customization, additional items, delivery, shipping, or other services selected by the customer.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before work has begun.

Once designing, printing, purchasing materials, or production has started, cancellations will not be accepted.

Returns & Refunds

Custom and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once work has begun.

Digital products and completed design services are also non-refundable once work has started or files have been delivered.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Crafted Concepts is not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, or other issues that occur after a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because incorrect shipping information was provided.

Pickup & Local Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup or delivery information and being available during the agreed pickup or delivery time.

Additional delivery fees may apply depending on distance or location.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times may vary depending on the type of order, quantity, customization, availability of materials, and current order volume.

Customers should place orders with enough time before their event or needed date.

Customer-Provided Content

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any photos, logos, names, images, characters, or other materials submitted for customization.

By submitting content, customers authorize Crafted Concepts to use the provided materials for the purpose of completing their order.

Product Appearance

Colors, sizing, placement, and finished products may appear slightly different from digital previews due to screen settings, printing, materials, and the handmade nature of customized products.

Agreement

By placing an order with Crafted Concepts, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to these Terms of Service and the other policies provided on this website.
