Return & Refund Policy

At Crafted Concepts, every order is carefully prepared and/or customized for each customer. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom and personalized items are final sale. Once your order has been started, designed, printed, or created, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before work has begun on your order. Once designing, printing, purchasing materials, or production has started, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted.

Shipping

Crafted Concepts is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be resent because an incorrect address was provided.

Pickup & Local Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order at pickup or delivery. Once an order has been successfully received, refunds will not be issued.

Digital Products & Design Services

Digital products, completed designs, and design services are non-refundable once work has begun or files have been delivered.
